A professional development and training program dedicated to election processes in chambers of commerce and industry, as well as commodity exchanges, was organized by the Supreme Election Council (YSK) in the Arsuz district of Hatay, Turkey.
The event was attended by former Minister of Justice Cemil Çiçek, YSK President Dr. Serdar Mutta, Hatay Governor Mustafa Masatlı, YSK members, representatives of the judicial system, and officials from trade organizations.
During his speech, Hatay Governor Mustafa Masatlı noted that the city is one of Turkey's important centers for trade, production, and entrepreneurship. The Governor emphasized the importance of organizing elections in chambers of commerce and industry and commodity exchanges in a lawful, transparent, and reliable manner.
Touching upon the reconstruction efforts in the region following the February 6 earthquakes, Mustafa Masatlı stated that their goal is not only to restore the pre-earthquake situation but also to build a city with stronger production, trade, and investment potential.
The main objective of the training program is to contribute to the implementation of election processes more efficiently and based on unified application principles.
