Applications open for “Parla” scholarship and development program for female students
The Education Development Fund and NEQSOL Holding have launched applications for the "Parla" scholarship and development program intended for female students.

Applications have opened for the "Parla" scholarship and development program, designed by the Education Development Fund and NEQSOL Holding for female students studying at higher education institutions.
Within the framework of the program, 50 female students meeting the specified criteria will be selected to receive a monthly scholarship of 200 AZN. Along with financial support, participants will be provided with internship and mentorship opportunities, various development trainings, as well as opportunities for professional growth and networking.
Students joining the project will also gain access to the "NEQSOL Academy" and "LinkedIn Learning" online educational platforms.
To participate in the program, candidates must be citizens of Azerbaijan and enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program in specified majors at higher education institutions located in the country. Additionally, students must have scored a minimum of 450 points during university admission and maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) above 80 percent.
Applicants are required to be active in social and volunteer activities and meet at least one of the social criteria specified in the program announcement. The selection of candidates will be conducted in three stages: online application, evaluation, and interview.
