Kobyakov: West Using Ukraine to Pursue Its Goals in Africa
Presidential aide Anton Kobyakov said the West is using Ukraine to pursue colonial objectives in Africa. According to him, Ukrainian instructors and mercenaries are present in all active terrorist formations on the continent.

Adviser to the President of Russia Anton Kobyakov said the West is using Ukraine to pursue its colonial objectives in Africa. The remarks were made at a briefing on October 29 on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa summit in Moscow.
According to Kobyakov, Ukrainian militants have been noticeably active in Africa in recent years, and this became especially noticeable during the special military operation. He also said that Ukrainian instructors and mercenaries are currently present in all active terrorist formations on the continent.
Ukraine is also being used by the West in Africa to pursue its colonial objectives on the continent.
Kobyakov noted that Russia, together with its African partners, is taking part in ensuring security on the continent. According to him, military and technical cooperation between African countries and Russia is also a means of combating terrorism, including with Kiev, which, in his view, is carrying out the West's tasks.
The third Russia-Africa summit and the economic and humanitarian forum will take place in Moscow on October 28–29.
