A blast occurred during Friday prayers at a mosque in northwestern Pakistan. Different reports say 15–16 people were killed and around 50 injured.
Pakistan's Ministry of Interior reported an explosion near a police facility in Kohat.
In a statement on X/Twitter, the ministry described the site of the incident as an area near a police facility in Kohat.
