Ilham Aliyev receives heads of security bodies of OTS countries in Baku
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the participants of the 5th meeting of the Secretaries of Security Councils of the Organization of Turkic States and addressed them.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the participants of the fifth meeting of the Secretaries of Security Councils of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), which is taking place in Baku.
Among those received by the head of state were Secretary-General of the OTS Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary-General of the National Security Council of Turkey Okay Memiş, Secretary of the Security Council under the President of Uzbekistan Viktor Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Adilet Orozbekov, Deputy Chairperson of the Security Council of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva, as well as Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Mehmet Aga.
During the meeting, Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech to the participants. The head of state declared that a crisis of international law is currently being observed in the world.
The President of Azerbaijan also emphasized that the victory in Karabakh laid the foundation for a new geopolitical reality in the region.
