In Kazakhstan, the number of services available through eGov GPT is planned to increase from the current 51 to 150 by the end of 2026. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Jaslan Madiyev announced this at a government meeting.

According to him, the QazTech platform has become the backbone of the digital public services ecosystem. Integration of the information systems planned for 2026 is 92% complete.

"By the end of the year we will increase their number to 150 of the most in-demand services, which account for 80% of traffic. By 2028 we plan to bring the share of AI-enabled services to 40%, and by 2029 to halve the time it takes to receive services," Madiyev noted.

The minister also said that the "social wallet" covers 3 million users and provides targeted social support. Artificial intelligence in the e-Otinish system has processed more than 3.2 million applications.

Separately, the deputy prime minister spoke about the transformation of public service centres into digital offices. There, services can be obtained independently through terminals with the built-in digital assistant eGov GPT or with the help of a consultant.

As of today, according to him, five digital offices have been opened in four regions, and funding has been secured for another ten regions.
