Agriculture Minister Majnun Mammadov Meets Winners of the “Yuksalish” Competition

Republic of Azerbaijan Agriculture Minister Majnun Mammadov held another meeting with Ibrahim Mammadov and Irshad Asgarxanli, winners of the V “Yuksalish” competition, as part of the Mentorship Programme.
The meeting included an exchange of views on the winners’ individual development areas, professional goals, development of management skills, as well as their future career plans. The mentor provided the winners with practical recommendations and discussed development priorities for the coming period.
It should be noted that the “Yuksalish” competition was established by an Order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition have the opportunity to receive mentorship support from managerial leaders as part of a one-year individual development programme and a cash award of 20,000 manats for self-development purposes.
An Order was signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on December 10, 2025, concerning the holding of the sixth “Yuksalish” competition.
