Registration process begins for those admitted to higher education institutions
Students admitted to universities must complete their registration via the my.gov.az portal. Those who fail to register within the specified period may be removed from the list of admitted students.

The registration process for applicants admitted to the undergraduate level of higher education institutions in Azerbaijan begins on August 28 at 11:00 AM. The process will continue until September 8 at 6:00 PM.
Registration must be carried out electronically only via the my.gov.az portal. Applicants must log in to their personal cabinets using their mygov ID, select the “Services” section, go to the “Institutions” category, and choose the Ministry of Science and Education’s “Registration of students for higher and secondary specialized education institutions” service.
After verifying their personal and admission information in the system, applicants must upload any missing documents in electronic format if required. Additionally, information regarding education loans and status as part of a socially vulnerable group must be noted in the “Preferential Admission” section, with relevant supporting documents attached.
In cases where tuition fees are required, payment can be made using the “Pay Online” function; if payment is made through other methods, the receipt must be uploaded to the system. After confirming the information, the applicant must provide consent to complete the application.
The registration application is approved after being verified by the educational institution. A notification regarding the approval is sent to the citizen via the “mygov” platform. It should be noted that individuals who do not register and are not approved by the educational institution may be removed from the list of admitted students.
