Student educational loan application process transitioned to SİMA digital signature
Students can now sign loan agreements online in minutes using SİMA İmza biometric identification.

The Educational Student Loan Fund (TTKF) has improved its loan agreement process by integrating the SİMA İmza digital signature system. Starting this year, all loan agreements issued by the fund are signed exclusively online using this solution.
To obtain a loan, students must register on the e-ttkf.edu.az portal. Following registration, a link from an authorized bank is sent to the mobile number provided. Clicking the link redirects the user to the SİMA İmza application, where identity verification is conducted using biometric technology. Upon successful verification, the student signs the agreement electronically.
The implementation of SİMA İmza aims to increase citizen satisfaction by saving time and resources, while also ensuring the security of the documentation process.
The SİMA İmza digital signature was developed by AzInTelecom LLC, part of AZCON Holding. The solution allows users to access various public and private services remotely. The digital signature can be obtained for free via the mobile application, without the need to visit service centers.
