Hatay Governor meets with Speaker of the Parliament of Uzbekistan

Hatay Governor Mustafa Masatlı met with Nurdinjon Ismoilov, Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the meeting held in the capital of Uzbekistan, the friendship and brotherhood relations based on the historical, cultural, and spiritual ties between the two countries were discussed.
The parties emphasized the importance of further developing mutual contacts and institutional cooperation between Turkey and Uzbekistan. During the meeting, an exchange of views took place regarding the identification of new areas of cooperation, particularly between the Hatay province and various regions of Uzbekistan.
An agreement was reached on implementing joint projects in various fields and expanding existing relations. Furthermore, the importance of continuing cooperation to pass on the historical fraternal relations between the peoples to future generations was noted.
The parties assessed this meeting as an important step in enriching the relations between Hatay and Uzbekistan with new cooperation opportunities.
