An educational training session on “Social Project Management” was held for young people, organized by the Yeni Yol Public Union for Youth Education.
The main aim of the training was to increase young people’s theoretical and practical knowledge of preparing and implementing social projects and to develop their initiative and project management skills.
During the training led by youth work specialist Ilham Ahmadov, the main stages were explained, from developing a social project idea through its planning and successful implementation.
Participants were presented with practical approaches to preparing a project plan, properly allocating resources, organizing teamwork and managing potential risks.
The interactive training included discussions, based on examples from real projects, of problems that may arise and ways to resolve them. Young people had the opportunity to apply the knowledge they gained through practical exercises.
At the end of the training, participants’ questions were answered, views were exchanged on the topic, and recommendations were provided on preparing and managing social projects more effectively.
