The documents were signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
