The festival was organised as part of events held by Turkmenistan in connection with its CIS chairmanship in 2026. Eight countries are represented at the festival.
The Azerbaijani national pavilion was created with the joint organisation of the Ministry of Culture and the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan and consists of two parts.
