A badminton tournament has been held among employees of state agencies, jointly organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Badminton Federation.

A badminton tournament has been held among employees of state agencies, jointly organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Badminton Federation.
The tournament, staged in the badminton hall of Sports-Oriented Secondary School No. 1, was attended by 12 men and 6 women representing 10 state agencies.
In the men's competition, Emil Tahmazov, a representative of the State Examination Centre, was awarded first place. Javid Alizade, a representative of the Food Safety Agency, took second place, while Ilgar Algayev, an employee of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, finished third.
In the women's competition, Sabina Imamaliyeva, a representative of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, took first place. Sugra Babayeva, a representative of the Ministry of Science and Education, was second, while Khayala Aghayeva, an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, placed third.
