Medvedev: Europe has declared a hunt for all Russians

"Potentially there is a hunt for all (I emphasize, all) Russians," Medvedev wrote on Telegram. According to him, even those who travel to European countries for lawful purposes could face detention.
"Neither visas, nor invitations, nor any other guarantees will save us"
Detention in Montenegro
Medvedev's statement came after Montenegro's state broadcaster RTCG reported the detention of Russian blogger Mikhail Zvinchuk and his wife Valeria in the town of Risan.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, in turn, told RIA Novosti that the Russian embassy in Montenegro is clarifying the circumstances of the detention.
