“Aquatic Palace Mini Water Polo Festival” held in Baku
Winners among adults and juniors were determined at the festival held at the Baku Aquatics Palace.

The "Aquatic Palace Mini Water Polo Festival" took place at the Baku Aquatics Palace, organized by the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation (ASF). The tournament was held with the aim of increasing interest in water polo, promoting its mass participation, and fostering a healthy competitive environment among players.
A total of 10 teams participated in the competition, consisting of 4 adult and 6 junior squads. Following intense and competitive matches, the "Eagles" took first place among adults, followed by "Panthers" in second, and "Wolves" in third. Among the juniors, the "Sharks" team won gold, "Sea Lions" took silver, and "Dolphins" earned bronze medals.
The award ceremony was attended by ASF Secretary General Oqtay Atayev, Baku Aquatics Palace Director Ajdar Abbasov, and the head coach of the Azerbaijan national water polo team, Goran Sablic. At the end of the competition, all participants were presented with certificates, while the winners received medals and diplomas.
According to the federation, plans are in place to continue holding such events to promote and develop the sport of water polo.
