Gas supply to be temporarily restricted in two districts of Baku
Gas supply in the Sabunchu and Surakhani districts of Baku has been temporarily suspended today to address a gas leak.

In Baku today, May 15, some consumers in the Sabunchu and Surakhani districts will be without gas supply. This was reported by the Azerigas Production Union of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
The restrictions are due to the need to repair a gas leak detected on a high-pressure main gas pipeline belonging to the Gazexport Department.
Gas supply was suspended starting at 10:00 a.m. The restriction will remain in effect until the repair work is completed.
