Pension and subsistence minimum rates to change in Kazakhstan from 2027
Starting from the beginning of 2027, the minimum pension in Kazakhstan will be 74,919 tenge, and the subsistence minimum will be 55,173 tenge.

Updated social payment indicators will come into force in Kazakhstan on January 1, 2027. The corresponding changes will affect the pension rates and the subsistence minimum in the republic.
According to official data, the minimum pension payment will be set at 74,919 tenge (equivalent to 163.4 US dollars). The subsistence minimum in the country will be 55,173 tenge (approximately 120.4 US dollars).
At the same time, the minimum wage in Kazakhstan will remain unchanged and will stay at its current level of 85,000 tenge (185.4 US dollars).
