Azerbaijan's new Civil Service Code has been submitted to the Milli Majlis. Discussion of the draft law is scheduled for a meeting of the committee on legal policy and state construction on September 25, 2026.
According to reports, the committee's agenda includes only one item — the draft law "On the Approval, Entry into Force of the Civil Service Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Related Legal Regulation."
The document was submitted to parliament on September 24, 2026.
