Russian actress and Comedy Woman star Maria Kravchenko has revealed her beauty secrets. She spoke about them in an interview with Lady Mail.
The 41-year-old actress noted that consistent care and a well-chosen wardrobe help her maintain a youthful appearance.
"It's properly selected clothing. Well no, actually, let's put it this way: it's patience, effort and money. Unfortunately, any cosmetic procedure is expensive now. I don't get any injections, but for now I remain a proponent of in-office methods — as long as they work, that's enough for me."
Kravchenko also admitted that she resorts to a single injectable procedure — injections of a salmon-derived preparation.
Attitude to Diets and Exercise
The actress criticised diets. Instead, she stressed the importance of physical activity for maintaining the quality of the body.
"At least 20 minutes of exercise a day is essential. If we only eat and don't move, our muscles atrophy on any regimen. Moreover, it is precisely during physical activity that new neural connections are formed."
Earlier, in September, the Comedy Woman star was suspected of using injections for weight loss. The 41-year-old Natalia Medvedeva came under criticism over her figure.
