According to a study conducted at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, only a third of Israelis want Benjamin Netanyahu to remain in power. The poll was held on October 5–6, 2026, with 2,437 participants.

Only one third of Israelis want Prime Minister of Israel and Likud party chairman Benjamin Netanyahu to remain in power. This is indicated by the results of a study conducted by Dr. Nimrod Nir of the Agam Institute and Dr. Gayil Talshir of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

The study was conducted on October 5–6, 2026. The sample included 2,437 respondents.

Benjamin Netanyahu serves as Prime Minister of Israel and leads the Likud party. On September 29, 2026, he made a pre-election trip to the southern Israeli city of Ashdod, surrounded by supporters.
