On 5 October, International Teachers' Day, an opening ceremony was held at Mingachevir State University for the Digital Engineering and MathStage laboratories.
The opening ceremony was attended by the rector of Mingachevir State University, Anar Eminov, the director of Azerbaijan IES LLC, Tahmasib Huseynov, and a group of university staff.
The launch of the new laboratories is significant for developing modern teaching infrastructure at the university and expanding practical and interactive approaches in the educational process.
The Digital Engineering Laboratory will give teachers and students the opportunity to work with modern digital technologies in the engineering field, reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical activity and gain new technological skills. The laboratory's facilities are intended to be used in the teaching process, practical classes and students' project work.
The MathStage Laboratory, in turn, will serve to make mathematics learning more interactive and application-oriented and to develop students' logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The fact that the new laboratories were opened precisely on International Teachers' Day demonstrates that the value given to teachers' work and the formation of a modern educational environment are complementary directions.
The measures implemented in this area at Mingachevir State University serve to equip students with knowledge and skills that meet the demands of the modern labour market, strengthen their practical training and further expand the university's teaching capabilities.
