State Tax Service introduces new activity code for bloggers
The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has added a new activity type to its registration database to increase transparency in the activities of influencers.

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has taken a new step to formalize the activities of bloggers and influencers who earn income through social media platforms. A new activity code titled "Digital platform influencer" (6312003) has been added to the agency's registration database.
The newly implemented code will ensure that individuals earning income through advertising, marketing, product and service promotion, live streams, and other digital activities are registered separately in a unified system. This innovation serves to regulate activities in this field more transparently.
The State Tax Service has recommended that taxpayers working in this field select this specific new activity code during the registration process. The agency has also called on influencers to formalize their activities in accordance with legal requirements.
