TEKNOFEST in Southeastern Turkey: Final Day and Türk Yıldızları Display
The final day of TEKNOFEST Güneydoğu is under way in Şanlıurfa. The Türk Yıldızları aerobatic team has performed again in the sky, and a closing ceremony and award presentation are scheduled for the evening.

In the Turkish city of Şanlıurfa, the final day of TEKNOFEST Güneydoğu is taking place on October 4, 2026. The events of the last day have already started, and the Türk Yıldızları aerobatic team has performed again in the sky.
The festival is being held under the leadership of Turkey's Ministry of Industry and Technology and the T3 Vakfı foundation. This year it is organised in Şanlıurfa under the name TEKNOFEST Güneydoğu.
The organisers have prepared a packed programme for visitors — both on the ground and in the air. On the final day, guests will see aviation and defence demonstrations, technology competitions and other activities.
What is on show at the festival
The festival features high-tech simulators, science workshops and exhibitions designed for participants of all ages. At the venue, visitors can also see ATAK helicopters, HÜRKUŞ, CEZERİ, ANKA, Bayraktar TB2, Bayraktar TB3 and Bayraktar AKINCI aircraft, as well as land and naval equipment.
Visitors are offered stage shows, exhibitions, educational workshops, simulation experience zones, a planetarium, science shows, the TEKNOFEST Time Tunnel, an exhibition of national naval, land and air equipment, fair events and special first flights for students.
TEKNOFEST Güneydoğu began in Şanlıurfa on September 30. It will end this evening with a closing ceremony and the awarding of winners.
