Road restrictions announced in Baku for Formula 1 races
Road restrictions related to the Formula 1 races in Baku will take effect on September 19. The main closures will cover September 20–28.

Traffic will be restricted in several areas of Baku in connection with the Formula 1 races to be held in the city. The first restriction will begin at 21:00 on September 19, while the main closures will be in effect from 01:00 on September 20 until 08:00 on September 28.
From 21:00 on September 19, traffic on the section of Pushkin Street at its intersection with Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street and Neftchilar Avenue will be closed until the end of the event.
According to the Traffic Management Plan, the streets along the Baku City Circuit and the areas enclosed by the track will be completely closed to traffic from 01:00 on September 20 until 08:00 on September 28. Entry to and exit from these zones will be possible only for those who have a "Residential Area Entry Permit".
Access times for residents
On September 21 and 22, designated entry and exit points will be open from 07:00–09:00 and 18:00–20:00. On September 23, passage through the same points will be possible from 07:00–09:00 and 20:00–22:00.
- Entry points: from Salyan Highway in the direction of Neftchilar Avenue and Azneft Circle; from M. Lermontov Street in the direction of the UN 50th Anniversary Street and Istiglaliyyat Street; from S. Vurgun Street in the direction of U. Hajibeyli Street and Bulbul Avenue; from Bulbul Avenue in the direction of Khagani Street and Neftchilar Avenue; from the intersection of Nizami and Pushkin streets in the direction of Khagani Street; from the intersection of U. Hajibeyli and Pushkin streets in the direction of Bulbul Avenue.
- Exit points: from Neftchilar Avenue in the direction of Baku Sea Port, Port Baku Mall and Crescent Mall; from Istiglaliyyat Street in the direction of Azerbaijan Avenue; from Neftchilar Avenue in the direction of Azneft Circle, Deniz Mall and Salyan Highway.
Drivers are advised to plan their routes in line with the designated time windows in advance. Outside the stated hours, entry to and exit from these areas will be possible only with a permit.
