Exchange prices for gas in Europe have risen above $1,000 per thousand cubic meters. The mark was crossed for the first time since December 22, 2022, according to data from London's ICE exchange for September 14, 2026.
October futures on the TTF index — Europe's largest distribution hub, located in the Netherlands — opened trading at $978.9 per thousand cubic meters (+2.6%). Price growth later accelerated to 5%, with figures reaching $1,001.8.
Quote dynamics are calculated from the previous trading day's value, which stood at $954.1 per thousand cubic meters.
