Fuad Sadigov received citizens in Sharur, inspected farms
During the reception held in Sharur in accordance with the order of Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov, issues regarding the insurance of crop areas and livestock were discussed, followed by visits to farms in the villages of Dudanga and Ashaghy Dasharkh.

Fuad Sadigov, Chairman of the Board of the Agricultural Insurance Fund, received residents of the district in the building of the Sharur District Executive Power in accordance with an order signed by Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov.
The applications of the citizens attending the reception mainly covered the insurance of cultivated areas and livestock, the calculation of agricultural insurance premiums, state support provided to farmers, concessional loans, and other topics.
Fuad Sadigov provided citizens with detailed information and explanations regarding the issues raised. Instructions were issued to relevant authorities for a comprehensive study of the appeals and their resolution in a short period in accordance with legislation.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that agricultural insurance is an important state support mechanism for farmers working in the agricultural sector. It was highlighted that thanks to the state paying 50 percent of the insurance premium, farmers can protect their cultivated areas and livestock from numerous risks on favorable terms.
Reminding about the approaching new insurance season and autumn grain planting period, Fuad Sadigov advised farmers to take advantage of these opportunities provided by the state and to insure their farms and crop fields.
Following the reception of citizens, the Chairman of the Board inspected a livestock farm located in the village of Dudanga and an orchard in the village of Ashaghy Dasharkh in the Sharur district. On site, he listened to the opinions of farmers and exchanged views and proposals regarding the current situation in the agricultural sector.
