Russian Defense Ministry reports destruction of 1050 AFU drones in 24 hours
Over the past 24 hours, the Russian military reported a large-scale destruction of AFU aerial attack assets, including over a thousand drones.

On September 1, 2026, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation presented a summary of combat operations, according to which 1050 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down by Russian forces over the past 24 hours.
In addition to neutralizing the drones, Russian air defense systems intercepted 13 aerial bombs launched by the Ukrainian side.
