The Azerbaijan Teaching Academy (ASA) is entering a new stage of development to mark 15 years of activity. Within the renewal concept presented under the "Effective Return" slogan, the academy plans to expand its activities with new modules, different target groups and innovative projects.
The academy, which has been operating since 2011, has identified professional training, career development, strengthening human capital and creative projects as its main areas of focus in the new concept. The renewal aims to combine the academy's experience in education and development with new approaches.
"Speaking Passport" – new project
Among the academy's new initiatives, the "Speaking Passport" project holds a special place. The project, which will start on 1 November, will consist of three modules and 20 lessons. The programme is aimed at developing participants' speaking skills, self-expression abilities and professional communication capacity.
The project will be led by Ilham Novruzova, an experienced television journalist, editor and media specialist. She has worked for many years at Azerbaijani television, including AzTV, Space TV, Lider TV and Khazar TV. Ilham Novruzova, the author of more than 40 documentary films, has extensive professional experience in television journalism, editing and communication.
Drawing on her extensive experience in the media sector and her ability to work with audiences, we believe that Ilham Novruzova will make a new professional contribution through the "Speaking Passport" project.
Speaking skills are important not only for those engaged in television and stage work, but also for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and specialists working in various fields. Expressing ideas clearly, speaking confidently before an audience, relying on proper presentation skills and building effective communication are essential components of both personal and professional development.
The renewal concept presented by the Azerbaijan Teaching Academy during its 15th anniversary reflects the aim of bringing together professional training, career opportunities and creative initiatives on a single development platform. As part of this approach, the "Speaking Passport" project creates conditions for participants to develop their own communication skills and prepare for new professional opportunities.
