Azerbaijan’s State Housing Development Agency begins sale of 535 subsidized apartments
MİDA has opened the sale of 535 apartments across three residential complexes. The selection process is available to citizens with electronic accounts, regardless of their registration date.

The State Housing Development Agency of Azerbaijan (MİDA) has announced the start of the sale of 535 subsidized apartments. The housing is located in three residential complexes: Lankaran, Shirvan, and Yevlakh.
According to the distribution, 528 apartments are for sale in the Shirvan residential complex, 6 in the Yevlakh complex, and 1 in the Lankaran complex. The housing sale process is taking place today between 11:00 and 16:00.
The selection of apartments is carried out electronically through the 'Güzəştli mənzil' system, which is integrated into the E-Government information system. The agency emphasized that citizens who have an electronic account in the system have equal rights when choosing housing, regardless of the date of registration or their queue sequence number.
Representatives of the media are monitoring the progress of the sales process.
