New joint grant competition to be held for youth organizations
A new grant competition funded by the state budget will be launched in the coming days to support the activities of youth organizations.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports and the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations are preparing to announce a joint grant competition to support the activities of youth organizations. It has been reported that the competition will be presented to the public in the coming days.
According to Ulviyya Garayeva, head of the Communication Department of the NGO Agency, the competition will be carried out based on the "single window" principle applied for the financing of NGOs from the state budget.
The amount of grants to be allocated within the framework of the competition will vary depending on the scale of the projects. Specifically, the maximum amount for small grants is set at 30,000 AZN, while for large grants, it is 100,000 AZN.
Certain conditions have also been established for organizations wishing to participate in the competition. Only non-governmental organizations that have youth-related activities specified in their charters will be eligible to apply.
