Russian Defense Ministry reports destruction of 490 drones over 21 regions
Overnight, Russian air defense forces repelled a large-scale raid by fixed-wing drones. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.

Between evening and 8:00 AM, on-duty air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 490 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones. As reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the attacks were recorded over 21 regions of Russia, as well as over the Black Sea.
Aerial targets were neutralized over the Bryansk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Volgograd, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Orenburg, Rostov, Ryazan, Saratov, Samara, Smolensk, and Tula regions. Additionally, drones were eliminated in the skies over the Moscow region, Krasnodar Krai, Bashkiria, Crimea, and the Black Sea.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin specified that air defense forces shot down 35 drones approaching the capital. Due to the massive attack, Rosaviatsia imposed temporary restrictions on the operation of Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky airports, as well as air hubs in Gelendzhik, Tambov, Sochi, Saratov, Penza, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Bugulma, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Ufa, Orenburg, Magnitogorsk, and Krasnodar.
In Krasnodar Krai, the operational headquarters confirmed a fire at an oil depot in Sochi. Drones also attacked civilian infrastructure in Sochi and the federal territory of Sirius. Currently, a search for drone debris is underway at various locations. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties resulting from the incidents.
